Club 100 of the Music Center recently honored 15 new members at its annual New Members Luncheon at the Bistro Garden in Studio City. Co-President Marjie Bender welcomed the 60 guests, including members and representatives of the Music Center.
Membership Vice President Stephanie Fisher-White, a Malibu resident, added her welcome and went on to introduce the new members, including Malibu resident Christine Challey. Guest speaker Barbara Leonard, the Music Center’s artistic director of education, talked about the Toy Theater Festival. The June 2008 program will include two-dimensional rod puppets in a small model theatre.
Club 100 is a group of women dedicated to supporting the Music Center’s arts education programs.
