Peri Gilpin, known for her roles on “Frasier” and most recently the TBS series “Men at Work,” recently sold her Malibu Colony home for $4.25 million.
The 1,783-square-foot home contains four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also contains a guest house, “a wood-burning fireplace, built-in barbeque and a spa” in the backyard according to the LA Times.
Public records show the “quintessential Malibu Colony cottage” was purchased in 2010 for $3.55 million.
Gilpin is married to realist painter Christian Vincent and has twin daughters, Stella May and Ava, born in 2004. Gilpin played the role of Roz Doyle on the hit television series “Frasier” from 1993-2004 and Kim Keeler on “Make It or Break It” from 2009-2011.
