In honor of Read Across America Day held to celebrate children’s author Dr. Suess’ birthday, students at Point Dume Marine Science School dressed in pajamas and spent time reading on March 1. They were also treated to a green eggs and ham meal—based on Suess’ book of the same name—and sweet waffles, served by Steve and Rita Graham, according to information shared by local resident Michelle Bernadou.
