Monrose Catering Company’s Nick Sideris, Richard Chesterfield and Peter Hugo prepared mouthwater fare, including rigatoni alfredo with sausage and broccoli, Caesar salad and chicken curry with saffron basmati rice.

The 12th Annual Taste of Malibu, hosted by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, took place at Duke’s Malibu last Thursday night. A large group of Malibu locals and visitors were treated to the largest selection of participating  restaurateurs and vintners in the history of the event. 

“We’re always encouraged by the residents and visitors that come to support our local food and wine culture. What’s even better?  Over-hearing guests talk about making reservations, asking vintners where to purchase their wine, and using the Chamber’s interactive Wine Trail Map,” Malibu Chamber of Commerce CEO Mark Persson said.

Guests wined and dined on a selection of Malibu fare and award-wining spirits, while listening to the cool summer sounds of the Peter Smith Trio.
