The Malibu United Methodist Church Easter sunrise beach service last weekend had a special guest: Brother Luiz Ignácio of Antioquia in Brazil.
An oblate representing the Order of St. Benedict, Ignácio “feeds the poor and the homeless in Brazil,” Malibu resident Cliff Waeschle wrote in an email to The Malibu Times.
The annual service was held on Zuma Beach.
