New York lost 5,700 millionaires in 2017. California is losing so many people and businesses are also leaving.
What to do? In keeping the California view of helping the less fortunate, somehow add to that the importance of a bottom line. Governor Newsom has just signed legislation that will thin the forests, thus preventing the huge fires similar to the ones we just experienced.
