Ventura County sheriffs deputies believe a 92-year-old man may have committed suicide two days ago … when he drove into the ocean at Point Mugu.
The traffic crash was reported at 5 o’clock Tuesday … the same time that law enforcement was looking for the man … who is believed to be depressed.
Robert Swanson’s body was recovered on the rocks… the car itself went all the way down into the ocean … 16 miles west of Trancas.

About 35 Malibu residents attended last night’s community meeting … on earthquake dangers … at Malibu city hall.
