Fifth grader Mora Moro is this year’s Citizenship Award honoree from Juan Cabrillo Elementary School. She is described as an exemplary student and citizen, with a positive attitude. “She takes a leadership role whenever presented and always makes sure all are included and taken care of in any activity,” her nomination states.
It goes on to mention Moro’s strong moral character, making her “a pleasure to be around and an asset to her community.”
