A professional fireworks display is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 7, to take place in the water off of Point Dume.
The L.A. County Fire Department Fire Prevention Office issued a permit for the professional display.
The show is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. and must conclude by 10 p.m., according to the permit. The show may begin as late as 9:30.
Due to the loud sound of fireworks displays, pet owners in the area have been cautioned by the City of Malibu to be mindful for their pets’ safety and well-being.
