Vote “no” on Measure W to prevent unbearable traffic on Cross Creek Road, Civic Center Way and PCH.
The following developments have already been approved in that area:
1. The La Paz commercial development of 130,000 sq. ft.
2. The Santa Monica College campus with approximately 450 students.
3.The Civic Center Wastewater Treatment facility to accommodate all the existing shopping centers plus these new developments.
4.A sewer system connecting all existing and new developments to the wastewater treatment facility.
5. The following homes will have sewers to the treatment facility:
a.The Serra Canyon with over 110 homes.
b.The Colony with over 86 homes.
c.The Knolls with over 80 homes.
Said sewer systems will take over five years to complete.
To add a Whole Foods to these facilities is absolutely insane. Vote “no” on W.
