Longtime Malibu resident Spencer Lehman recently competed in the 2011 National Senior Games in Houston, Texas. He placed first, earning the gold medal, in the pole vault competition for the 75-79 age group. The games take place every two years to celebrate and encourage healthy, active lifestyles, competition and sportsmanship.
