Local Malibu resident Maria D’Angelo, Children’s Lifesaving Foundation founder and president, was featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine’s piece “Ten Women Who Will Inspire You To Change the World!”
For the past 20 years, D’Angelo has served at-risk and homeless youth through her nonprofit efforts. Children’s Lifesaving Foundation helps to provide at-risk youth and families with suitable housing, food provisions, educational programs and enrichment programs such as summer camps and field trips.
