The LA County Sheriff’s Department Malibu Search and Rescue Team, accompanied by the LA County Fire Department and McCormick Ambulance, came to the aid of a 58-year-old female hiker who fell on a rock and injured her back along the Backbone Trail on Sunday. The hiker was carried out of the canyon on a litter.
