Malibu local Steve Spina (center) and his team earn top honors at the Kona Tournament Series — the third time in seven years the talented anglers won the honor. Spina himself went home with the title of Top Angler — earning himself the Master Angler red polartech vest from Crazy Shirts — and the group took top captain and crew.
