The Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments and other agencies are developing a Regional Bicycle Master Plan to promote biking as a safe and alternative form of transportation.
The plan encourages residents and visitors of the Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments (LVMCOG) to connect by developing bikeway paths through the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, state and local parks, and the greater Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
The LVMCOG has created an online survey to gather public interest about The Plan from residents and vistitors.
