To the person who dumped their sweet pet bunny in the lagoon: Not that you deserve to know how she’s doing, but I want you to know that she has been found hiding in the brush – scared, hungry, thirsty and covered in ticks.
She can’t tell us how long she was there, but we believe it was at least two nights. It’s a miracle she was found alive.
How dare you do this to a sweet, defenseless animal when shelters and rescues are a Google search and phone call away! There is a vet clinic across the street! I’m willing to bet they would have taken her in rather than see her left to die. If you’d like the cage you left her with back, we didn’t save that too, but feel free to contact me. We have a few more words for you that aren’t fit to print.
