The Malibu Rotary Club invited two guests, Sarah Mirembe and Jose Angel Manoizo Jr., to its July 25 and Aug. 2 meetings. The former is a graduate student at Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy and hails from Uganda. The latter is a tutor and member of Malibu Finest Networking, a group of local business people, and is originally from Honduras.
