Brooke Burke-Charvet, of “Dancing with the Stars” fame, and husband David Charvet, famous for his role as Matt Brody in the “Baywatch” series, are offering their Malibu Hills mansion for rent after being unable to sell the home.
Burke-Charvet and Charvet listed the home for sale in 2014 for $13 million, but haven’t been able to close a deal.
Instead, Burke and Charvet decided to rent the home for $50,000 per month, for three months fully-furnished. The couple had previously rented the home last year for $35,000 per month, according to TMZ.
The three-story 6,700-square-foot Italian-styled home is nestled in the Serra Retreat gated-community and sits on a 3.5 acre plot. Besides the six bedrooms and four baths, the property also includes a 200 bush rose garden, 4,000 bottle wine-cellar, full-sized pool and imported French fireplaces.
The couple and their family have since moved to a nearby newly-built French-inspired mansion that sits on a two-acre plot with an expansive ocean view.
