Los Angeles resident Max Ganezer was killed in a car accident Friday while returning home from a Shabbat event at Chabad of Malibu.
Ganezer’s son, David, said his father had recently taken a strong interest in religion. Max Ganezer had just started to work on his memoirs about six months ago.
Ganezer is survived by his wife, Florence, son Kenneth, daughter Jackie and her husband Lester, daughter Ariel, son Phillip and his wife Hannah, son David and his wife Alyssa, son Daniel and son Elliot.
A funeral was scheduled to take place on Wednesday at Mt. Olive Cemetery in City of Commerce.
