As my time on the Malibu City Council comes to an end, I want to thank you. Twice you honored me with being elected to the City Council. There were many fulfilling and heartwarming moments. I am proud of our accomplishments and grateful that I have had the privilege of representing you.
Secondly, I want to thank the City staff. The City Hall staff are a remarkable group of people. To them, working at the City is not just a job, but really a passion to do their best for every one of us every day. They work hard to make our goals a reality. I also want to thank Sharon Barovsky. It has been one of the great privileges and honors of my life to serve with Sharon these past eight years, working together to accomplish as much as we possibly could for everyone in Malibu. I wish the next Council my best and hope they build on our success. Thank you all.
