Because thoughts are invisible, we tend to forget their force
And like gravity’s invisible power, their importance we divorce
Because every thought must be an electrical event
Each and every thought forges its own physical dent
A lifetime is a consecutive connection of moments, you see
And at each moment what we think is what we are physically
Thoughts come only in flavors of two, regardless of who
Positive or negative is one’s only choice
Each flavor has its own physical voice
Sour thoughts always create a sour face
Because sour chemicals must leave a trace
While thoughts of kindness, hope and grace
Biochemically and electrically light up the face
Which then slows aging’s pace
Beautiful thoughts are stars that streak toward the soul
Then explode to make mind and body finally whole
