Mayor Pamela Conley Ulich gave commendations to Bill Krauss and Shari Latta, coordinators and overseers of the Junior Lifeguard program for many years, at Zuma Beach July 30 for their dedication and service to Malibu. Krause has served nearly 40 years and Latta, 18 years, since the program’s creation in the early 1960s.
