The glittery gang plans to appear in a live one-hour spectacular coproduced by Bradley Cooper.
“As someone whose family has been significantly touched by cancer, I am proud to again have the privilege of co-executive producing this year’s Stand Up To Cancer telecast,” said SU2C Co-Executive Producer Bradley Cooper. “This show reminds everyone that you are never alone—that there is a community of support out there when you need it most. That’s the power of SU2C. Most importantly, the telecast showcases the significant progress being made in the fight against cancer, instilling hope in those facing the disease. This one-hour broadcast unites us all to raise funds for more effective treatments to save lives now.”
So tune in and give these hardworking stars a hand. The passionate and dedicated drive will be broadcast live from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. It can be seen on all major networks on Friday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m.
GRAMMER LESSON
Malibu’s Kelsey Grammer is dishing out advice in a new Netflix flick. “Like Father” also stars Kristen Bell as a workaholic executive who is left empty-handed at the alter and proceeds to go on her honeymoon with Dad. The two end up bonding on the romantic Caribbean cruise she had planned for her honeymoon. He left mother and daughter at the age of five, but in this come together film they have more in common than they think. Turns out Kelsey is a workaholic, too, and life lessons ensue—along with a lot of laughs. With KG and KB, how can you go wrong?
