Actor Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady on the 1970s hit TV show “The Brady Bunch,” is parting ways with his custom home in Malibu Cove Colony. The asking price for the beachfront abode is $6.375 million. The two-story cottage includes decks and floor-to-ceiling windows. The inside is anchored with a dramatic stone fireplace. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom oceanfront home is 2,800 square feet. Co-listing agent Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty told The Malibu Times:
“This wonderful beachfront home is on one of two guard-gated streets in Malibu, the other being Malibu Colony, which adds privacy and security to these fortunate homeowners. This property is a one-owner home, built by Barry Williams and his two older brothers for their parents in 1974.”
