Malibu veterinarian John Lupo was awarded the 2013 Humane Veterinarian Award at the screening of local Jennifer Conrad’s documentary “The Paw Project” June 8 at the Malibu Jewish Center and Synagogue. He was given the award for having a no-declawing policy throughout his veterinary career.
