Miss Malibu Brie Gabrielle was named the first runner up at the Miss California USA 2012 pageant Jan. 8. Natalie Pack, Miss Hoag Hospital, earned the top spot. Californians from Shasta County to San Diego Bay competed in the pageant in Palm Desert.
