Sheriffs will be conducting a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint at an undisclosed location in Malibu on Friday night from 7:30 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.
Officers will be checking drivers for signs of alcohol or drug impairment. They will also be making sure drivers are properly licensed.
The checkpoint is being conducted by the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station and is funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety to the City of Malibu.
