Malibu City Council elections are coming up in November, and the period to nominate potential candidates begins at 7:30 a.m. Monday, July 18.
Three seats are up for grabs in the upcoming election, with long-serving council members John Sibert and Joan House being termed out, while Mayor Pro Tem Skylar Peak may seek to run for re-election.Â
The nomination period ends on Friday, Aug. 12 at 4:30 p.m.
