Malibu’s LA County Fire Dept. Station 70 and various celebrities are teaming up to raise awareness of drowsy driving and its dangers. They will be at the corner adjacent to the firehouse, handing out materials and samples of “Alert Drops” (a spray designed to keep drivers awake).
The celebrities in attendance will include Anson Williams, Marion Ross and Don Most of “Happy Days” as well as Alison Arngrim of “Little House on the Prairie,” Carolyn Hennesy of “True Blood,” Kate Linder of “The Young and the Restless” and recording artist Roslyn Kind (Barbra Streisand’s sister).
The event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 19, from 10 a.m. at 3970 Carbon Canyon Road.
