For the last four weeks, the Pepperdine Waves Women Tennis team has nearly swept all West Coast Conference Player of the Week Awards.
The week of March 4 saw junior Lorraine Guillermo earn the Singles Player of the Week honors along with senior Ale Granillo and sophomore Matea Cutura taking home the Doubles Team of the Week for a record third-consecutive time.
As a duo, Granillo and Cutura extended their win streak to six games after taking down Marta Morga and Liza Tymchenko of Memphis by a score of 8-5.
Pepperdine hosts Fresno State at 11 a.m. this Saturday at Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.
