An accident involving three cars caused traffic delays for about an hour on Malibu Canyon Road on Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. No major injuries were reported but one pregnant woman was taken to a local hospital for X-rays.
The crash occurred near Malibu Canyon and Piuma Roads just before 9 a.m. One of the vehicles, a red Lexus, was reported to have been driving erratically before colliding with a white Toyota Camry and a silver Honda sedan. It’s unclear what direction the cars were headed.Â
Many cars turned around as traffic was at a standstill until the scene was cleared at 10:08 a.m.
