The following incidents were reported between 4/30-6/6:

5/23-5/28

Leather Looted

Jackets worth more than $6,000 and perfume were stolen from a storage shed in an apartment complex near Cavalleri Road.

Dumb Driving

After observing a driver swerving and speeding up to 80 mph on PCH, a deputy performed a routine traffic stop and field sobriety test before arresting the motorist for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Soul-less Solstice

Between 5:15-6:30 p.m., a rental vehicle parked near Solstice Canyon hiking trail was broken into and a laptop and backpack were stolen, and the vehicle’s window smashed.

Car Crimes

Three separate incidents were reported on Paseo Canyon Drive, with victims claiming items stolen from unlocked vehicles parked in their driveways.

Two additional overnight incidents of petty theft were reported by victims parked in their driveways on Monte Lado.

Another unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on Vista Sierra Drive was also ransacked overnight and more than $300 worth of items was stolen from the car.Â
