Bri Visalli, Pepperdine University women’s soccer midfielder, was named to the West Coast Conference (WCC) All-Academic team last week. The senior has a 3.81 grade point average—the fifth highest of the All-Academic team. She was also named WCC Player of the Year earlier in the season.
WCC selects an academic-based team for each sport in the conference; players must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA while making notable contributions for his or her team. Visalli has been named to the academic team three times in a row.
