Christopher Harrer, a Malibu resident, will honor his late-mother by joining the Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services’ Board.

Malibu resident Christopher Harrer has been appointed to join the Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services’ Board. By doing so, Harrer, an educator at the USC Marshall School of Business, will honor his mother’s memory and allow him to pursue his passion for erasing the stigma of mental illness. His mother, Patricia Harrer, served on the board for 20 years before she died in 2004.

Harrer will chair the Didi Hirsch financial resources committee. He has served on several board of directors at USC and was a president of the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades.

Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services provides mental health, substance use disorder and wellness services to more than 74,000 people throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties each year.
