Local residents Will and Jennifer Kassoy held a fundraiser at their home for Thirst Project, an organization dedicated to helping solve the water crisis. The organization currently works with Swaziland, a small country in South Africa, to provide clean water to its people.
A total of $41,415 was raised from the fundraiser.
