Malibu resident Andrew Kramer has been selected as the recipient of the 2009 Outstanding Nontraditional Student Award by the University Continuing Education Association -Region West. Only one award is granted each year by the western region, which extends from Wyoming to Hawaii. The award is given to those with outstanding performance in the Pathway Program, a part of UCLA Extension for high functioning students with disabilities.
Kramer will be acknowledged on Oct. 15 at an award luncheon at the UCEA Region West Annual Conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
