By a 3-2 vote, Malibu’s city council voted tonight to approve a largely-symbolic message: no city funds can be spent assisting the government of the United States to enforce immigration laws in the city.
Voting yes: La Monte, Peak, Rosenthal.
Voting no: Mullen, Wagner.
