Bridgette Farrer and Tyler Muir of New Haven, Conn., were married at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu on Saturday, May 24. Former Malibu resident Bridgette, the daughter of Cameron and Karen Farrer, attended Webster Elementary and Malibu High schools. She later attended UC Berkeley, where she met Tyler. Bridgette received a master’s degree in South Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is now an MBA candidate at Yale School of Management.Â
Muir is from Rancho Santa Margarita. He has held a doctorate in finance from the Kellogg School of Management since June of 2013. He is now an assistant professor of finance at Yale School of Management. His parents, Alison and Bruce Muir, live in Houston, Texas.
