The former Point Dume home of singer and performer Cher is currently on the market for $9.975 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Cher purchased the home in 1990 for $4 million and expanded the house to nearly double its original size. The singer sold the house to its current owners in 1999 after breaking ground on a larger home nearby.
The 8,800 sq. ft. estate sits on over one acre of land, and includes indoor and outdoor living spaces, a swimming pool and spa, a media room, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The listing is currently held by Josh Goldstein of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, according to the Los Angeles Times.
