The Malibu Times is now accepting submissions for its Super Bowl Bites cooking contest. Readers can submit a recipe, description and photo of their best Super Bowl-ready dish to melissa@malibutimes.com. Submissions can also be mailed to or dropped off at our office at 3864 Las Flores Canyon Rd. by Jan. 23 at noon.
The top four finalists will make and present their dishes to an all-star judging panel, including “MasterChef” finalist Leslie Gilliams and Kristy’s owner Greg Bashant, at Kristy’s Wood Oven & Wine Bar on Sat., Jan. 31. The winner will receive hundreds of dollars in prizes and favorite recipes will be published online and in the newspaper.
The judging event will be open to the public, so come join The Malibu Times for an afternoon of fun and food.
