The Malibu Lumber Yard Gallery is opening a new exhibit, “Vision 2013—Our Becoming.” An reception will be held Saturday at 6 p.m. at the gallery to celebrate the opening of the exhibit, which will run through March 16.
The exhibit will feature a variety of works by new and experienced artists in celebration of “homo luminous,” or the idea of a “more compassionate being evolving in a new era,” according to a press release. Featured local artists include Maureen Haldeman, Mary Wright, Seda Baghdasarian, Eric Lloyd Wright and many others.
