Past Malibu Rotary Club President Bill Wishard presented current Malibu Rotary Club President Margo Neal the Vibrant Club Award during a recent club meeting. Wishard recently represented the Malibu Rotarians at the District Conference in San Diego, where only 26 out of 63 clubs in District 5280 qualified for the award. The award is earned through participation in various community projects, club and international service events.
