Arthur Lessac, among the most highly regarded teachers of voice, speech, singing and movement in the training world, celebrated his 100th birthday party Sept. 9 at Giovanni’s Ristorante Italiano. The three generations of actors, singers, and dancers touched by his teaching include Martin Sheen, Faye Dunaway, Michael Douglas and Frank Langella, among many others.
