Actor Nicolas Cage’s former Malibu estate reportedly sold this week for $6.3 million.
The 320-acre Encinal Canyon property features a 1,080-square-foot bungalow with views of the mountains and the oceans.
The three-parcel property also features a guest house, a caretaker’s residence, four seasonal waterfalls, lakes and horse trails.
Cage bought the property for $10.3 million in 2000, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The listing agent was Kathleen Doyle of Kathy Doyle Estates and the buyer was represented by Michael Cunningham of Pritchett-Rapf & Associates, according to the LA Times.
