On March 16, I called our planning department to ask a few simple questions concerning my property. There was no one to talk so I left a voice mail. As of today, March 20, no one has returned my voice mail and again, there was no one to speak to. Is our city spending and losing too much on lease renegotiations, untimely studies and other unnecessary projects that will deplete our basic service even more?
