Billy Corrodi, a lifelong Malibu resident, died in a motorcycle accident Nov. 16. He was 35.
According to a Sheriff’s report, Corrodi had crashed his motorbike into a parked truck on the 29000 block of Grayfox Street about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 16. An investigation into his death is ongoing.
Corrodi was born on April 11, 1975 and was raised in Malibu, one of 18 adopted children by Jack and Kay Corrodi. Although Corrodi worked in Northern California, his parents said he would return every weekend to Malibu to be with his children, Mason, 7, and Jayden, 3.
Corrodi is survived by his parents, Jack and Kay Corrodi; his children, Mason 7, and Jayden, 3; the mother of his children, Claire Dugger; his brothers and sisters: John, Andrew, James, Michael, Sergio, Benjamin, Maxwell and Raymond, Luci (Mrs. Jason Biheller), Amy, Laura, Mary, Morgan, Debbie (Mrs. Dennis Craig) and Cheryl (Mrs. Ben Adams); nieces: Asia and Sage Biheller, Makayla Humphries, Ashley Corrodi; and nephew Gaige. His sister Sandie (Mrs. Steve Hoyle) preceded Corrodi in death on Dec. 11, 1987.
There will be a memorial service Nov. 27 at Our Lady of Malibu Church, 3625 Winter Canyon Rd., at 11 a.m.
