“I know the real estate community very well,” Wetton, a Malibu resident since 1998, said. “Our company is based here. While we do manage properties outside of Malibu, our focus is serving the Malibu community.
“Taking care of beach properties and what’s involved in maintenance is certainly different for maintenance requirements of an inland property,” the real estate expert continued. “Our motto is we’re a boutique company with a hands-on approach. We’re focusing on a smaller number of properties and giving better service—more of a concierge service.”
