A number of Malibu restaurants received Clean Bay Certification during the Monday, Aug. 10 City Council meeting. Clean Bay Certification, a recognition bestowed through program of The Bay Foundation, requires a multi-point inspection as well as several program requirements.
The following Malibu restaurants were recognized for fulfilling 100 percent of certification requirements, ranging from labeled storm drains to employee training and exterior dry sweeping to a recycling program:Â

• The Country Kitchen
• D’Amores
• Grom
• John’s Garden
• Lily’s Cafe
• Malibu Kitchen
• Malibu Mutt
• Malibu Ranch Market
• Malibu Yogurt & Ice Cream
• Mangia
• Spruzzo
• Starbucks (three locations)
• Sunlife Organics
• Tra Di Noi
• Vitamin Barn
