The 4th Annual Street Fair took place Sunday at Malibu High School to help support MHS’ sister school in Chad for Darfurian refugees.
The event featured music, food vendors, and arts and crafts. Local musicians Destiny and Desiree Edman entertained the crowd, while fare from local eateries was served. A wide variety of vendors was on hand, selling hand-crafted jewelry, bags from Thailand, Asian-inspired ceramics, clothing and other handmade items.
The fair raised approximately $1,900 for Malibu High School’s sister school in Chad, International Awareness Club president Gabriella Grahek said.
