Josh Groban’s Malibu Estate Listed at $5.5M

Pop and operatic singer Josh Groban has put his Malibu home on the market for about $5.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Groban, 32, purchased the home in 2005 for $4.125 million and had put it on lease for $23,000 a month a few years ago. 

The 1976 Tuscan-inspired house includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sits on 1.8 acres of property. Surrounding the house is a guest house, swimming pool, spa and a lighted tennis court.

Groban has sold more than 25 million albums around the world.  He has also performed his hit songs “You Raise Me Up” on “Dancing With the Stars” last year and “You’re Still You” on “Ally McBeal” in 2001.
